Mie Goreng (Fried noodles)

Ingredients :

-          Egg noodle dry/wet

Ps : if you only get the dry one, you can boil it first .

-          150 grams choice of your meat/seafood

-          Glass of water

-          Choice of your greens

-          Sprouts

-          Eggs

-          Salt and pepper to taste

-           

Mix all this ingredients below in a bowl :

-          1 tbs chilly paste/flakes (optional)

-          3tbs Oyster sauce (can skip this if you go vegetarian)

-          3 tbs Sweet soya sauce

 

Herbs :

-          Stalk of finely chopped scallions

-          4 shallots (sliced)

-          4 cloves garlic (minced)

 

HOW TO COOK :

1.       In a wok/pan put a little bit of oil and cook your choice of meat till half cooked and set it aside , (skip this part if you go vegetarian).

2.       In the same wok/pan put the sliced shallots and scallions together, stir it till it slightly brown and fragnant then add the garlic.

3.       Crack an egg On top of it and scramble it and add glass of water and the meat, wait till the meat fully cook

4.       When everything is cooked, you can add your noodles and stir it and add your sauce while you keep mix them for at least 2 mins . if you feel it a bit dry, you can splash some water.

5.       Add the veggies right 30 sec before you turn off the fire.

6.       Serve it with suny side up egg and crackers .
