Ayam Roedjak/ Rujak

ingredients :
500 grams of chicken with or without bone ( pan seared it first)
3 tbs of tamarind juice
2 bay leaves
2 or more keffir lime leaves
salt to taste
2 tbs palm sugar or brown sugar
1 pcs of lemon grass bruise it first
300 ml coconut milk
1 tsp sugar
100 ml water
oil to fry
Ingredients to blend :
4 pcs of candlenuts
5 big chillies
3 pcs shallots
5 pcs garlics
little ginger
How to Cook :
cut the chicken into 6 pcs of how you want it
blend the ingrediends and saute it while adding bay leaves, keffir lime leaves and lemongrass
add the chicken and the water
when its boiling add the rest of the ingredients and wait till it reduce down and cook
enjoy
Ps : some people like it grilled afterit cook
